It doesn’t happen often but on the occasion of our son’s wedding on 30 March at Preston Peak, words have failed me! However I’ll try……
My husband and I wish to say thank you to you all and in particular Matt and Jamie-Lee and your staff for the service provided.
The stunning views and facilities aside, for us it was the impeccable 5 star service, the sincerity of feeling on the occasion, the genuine desire of the staff to go that extra mile and the quality of the food, and food and beverage service that made the day so very special for us all. We have had at least 6 people comment that it was the best wedding they had attended (one couple had attended 8 last year so I think they are well qualified to offer an opinion!)
I know there was another wedding on Easter Saturday and a number of others this week, so I’d also compliment you on your project management as despite the number of upcoming weddings, you made us feel as if ours was the only one. And I’m sure you would have conveyed that to the other lucky bridal parties!
Once again, it seems so inadequate to send an email with a few words expressing our thanks. But please know that you have so positively impacted on a young couple’s lives as they start their married journey together; it augers well for their future.
